A 21-point loss by the Cardinals led to more usage for Demercado
who operates more on passing downs. Benson is clearly the third
running back on this team but would likely be in a 50-50 timeshare
if something should happen to Conner.
Harrison left early with a concussion. Weaver took his spot
on the field but saw just one target so he doesn’t appear to be
a waiver wire priority even if Harrison misses Week 7.
TE Trey McBride: 54 snaps (93.1%), 25.0% tgt share
No surprise that McBride led the team in targets (8) with
Harrison out of the game.
Bijan is not in the workhorse role we anticipated this pre-season
but the matchup here was ideal. Atlanta’s two RBs combined for
37 touches, 211 yards and 3 TDs. Allgeier out-touched Bijan 19
to 18.
26 pass attempts for Lamar. The Commanders had no answer
for Flowers (9-132-0), especially in the first half when he racked
up all of his production.
TE Mark Andrews: 34 snaps (50%), 16.0% tgt share
TE Isaiah Likely: 46 snaps (67.6%), 16.0% tgt share
Both TEs saw 4 targets and Andrews continues to play fewer
snaps than Likely. This makes it difficult to trust Andrews even
though he got the better of it in the box score this week.
James Cook (foot) was Inactive. Breakout game for Ray Davis
(23 touches) who racked up 152 total yards. He becomes a priority
if he happens to be on your waiver wire.
Just 25 pass attempts for Josh Allen. With the Bills rotating
five WRs (MVS not included above) and no real alpha at the position
there’s not much fantasy value to be had here. Shakir (ankle)
is likely going to be the most reliable, but this wasn’t a good
matchup for any of them.
TE Dalton Kincaid: 55 snaps (79.7%), 30.4% tgt share
TE Dawson Knox: 42 snaps (60.9%), 4.3% tgt share
Kincaid led the team with 7 targets. His target share (30.4%)
tied Njoku for the highest of all TEs in Week 6. His 51 yards
is his highest receiving total so far this season.
Watson hasn’t topped 200 yards passing in any game this season.
Hard to trust fantasy receivers in this offense as a result. Cooper’s
42 yards led the group.
The Cowboys got boat raced by the Lions. Tough scene for
Elliott was soaking up garbage time at the end of the game. Dowdle
is barely a Flex option given the struggling nature of the Cowboys’
offense.
Everybody gets on the field when you lose 47-9. Ryan Flournoy
even saw 2 snaps. This offense will continue to struggle until
they stop trying to force the ball to Lamb (14 tgts).
Javonte had just 9 touches in this game as Denver could not
sustain drives. He’s extended the playing time gap over McLaughlin
and continues to be the preferred option in the backfield.
Josh Reynolds is on IR which allowed Troy Franklin to see
increased action. The Broncos change up the WR rotation on a weekly
basis. Sutton is the only stable piece.
Just 25 pass attempts from Goff. Light usage from the top
receivers in Detroit which is understandable given the blowout
nature of the game. Kalif Raymond (4-73-0) led the team with 6
targets.
3rd string running back Chris Brooks (4 carries) got some
action in this game as the Packers cruised to a 21-point victory.
All the Packers TDs came through the air.
Doubs returned to his normal role after being suspended in
Week 5. Watson returned to a starting role after missing Week
5 with an ankle injury. No Packers receiver had more than 6 targets.
Wicks suffered a shoulder injury early in the game.
TE Tucker Kraft: 60 snaps (82.2%), 12.9% tgt share
Quiet day for the Packers tight end but snap share was normal.
Mixon (15 touches) returned after missing the last three
games with a sprained ankle. Pierce (9 touches) returned after
missing the last four games with a hamstring injury. Cam Akers
doesn’t have a role and can be dropped.
Downs led all Colts’ receivers with 9 targets. His value
has overtaken Pittman (5 tgts) who came into the game with a back
issue. Anthony Richardson is expected to start in Week 7.
The Jaguars spiral continues as this game go out of control
in the 2nd half. Etienne left with a hamstring injury and is expected
to miss some time. Bigsby (7 touches) is the back to own but D'Ernest
Johnson (8 touches) will play and should be rostered in most 12-team
leagues.
Gus Edwards is on IR. Vidal (6 touches) should be owned in
most leagues given how much the Chargers like to run the ball.
Strong usage from Dobbins who led all RBs in Week 6 with 27 touches.
QJ picked up a foot/ankle injury in this game which limited
his snaps. McConkey led the group with 8 targets.
TE Hayden Hurst: 7 snaps (9%), 0.0% tgt share
TE Will Dissly: 52 snaps (66.7%), 16.1% tgt share
Hurst left the game early with a groin injury. Eric Tomlinson
(28 snaps) got some run as a result. The Chargers like to use
multiple tight ends, so it’s difficult to see Dissly having fantasy
value even if Hurst is out for a while.
Davante Adams and Jakobi Meyers were Inactive. Aidan O'Connell
in at QB. Tucker (2 tgts, 0 rec) and a bunch of no-names made
up the wide receiver group for the Raiders this week. No production
to speak of by any of them.
Tyquan Thornton was Inactive. First start for QB Drake Maye.
Douglas led the wideouts with 9 targets as no other wide receiver
had more than 3 targets. Boutte led the group in snaps which is
something to watch moving forward.
TE Hunter Henry: 47 snaps (71.2%), 16.1% tgt share
TE Austin Hooper: 37 snaps (56.1%), 6.5% tgt share
Henry (5 tgts) found the endzone but remains a TE2.
Mims worked as the No.2 back behind Kamara (18 touches) who
continues to have one of the best roles among all RBs. Will we
see Kendre Miller in Week 7?
First start for rookie Spencer Rattler. Olave left early
with a concussion. Shaheed (7 tgts, 1 rec) picked up a knee injury.
Not great considering the Saints play on Thursday in Week 7. Means
(5-45-1) and Kamara led the team with 8 targets. Means is worth
a look on the waiver wire.
Nabers was Inactive. Strong usage once again for Slayton
(11 tgts) with Nabers out. Passing game flowing through him and
Wan’Dale (11 tgts) for the time being.
Perhaps one the coaching shakeup is going to get Breece on
the field more? The numbers above would indicate that but we’ll
have to see it for another game to be sure. Breece had the highest
snap rate (87.3%) and rush share (85.7%) of any RB in Week 6.
23 touches for Breece, just 3 for Braelon.
Strong usage for Wilson (10 tgts) and Lazard (7 tgts). Unfortunately
for them and their fantasy values, Davante Adams is headed to
town. Mike Williams injured his neck late in this game. He’s
now 4th of the depth chart and off the fantasy radar.
Warren (9 touches) returned to action this week and we also
got 10 snaps combined for Jonathan Ward and Aaron Shampklin. 35
carries split between Fields and four running backs. Not great.
For a change of pace, we got an efficient game from Najee (14-106-1,
2-16-0).
49ers ran the ball 33 times. Jordan Mason injured his shoulder
which led to a split backfield of Guerendo (10 touches) and Taylor
(9 touches). Guerendo broke off a 76-yard run at the end of the
game.
Rachaad White was Inactive. Tucker (14-136-1, 3-56-1) exploded
and will be the top scoring RB for Week 6. Bucky operated as the
lead back and handled 16 touches.
Six TDs from the Bucs offense as they piled up 51 points.
Mike Evans (6 tgts) was limited due to injury. Godwin (11-125-2)
led the team with 13 targets. McMillan (1 tgt) was used sparingly
in his first game since Week 3.
Spears (6 touches) left early with a hamstring injury and
likely won’t play in Week 7. Julius Chestnut (3 snaps) is next
up on the depth chart but Pollard (20 touches) should get the
bulk of the work.
Brian Robinson Jr. was Inactive. Usage was good for Ekeler
but Washington fell behind which led to them more pass-happy than
they would like. Just 18 total rushing attempts including 6 from
Jayden Daniels.
