Jaguars trade Christian Kirk to Texans
Jacksonville gets 2026 7th round pick

The Houston Texans are finalizing a trade to acquire Jaguars WR Christian Kirk, per sources. While the Jaguars were planning on cutting Christian Kirk, they now will get back a 2026 seventh round pick from the Texans, per source. (Dianna Russini on X)

FFToday's Take: The Jags were set to release Kirk but found a trade partner instead. Houston will most likely be without Tank Dell in 2025 as he recovers from a bad knee injury suffered in late December of 2024. Kirk will likely step into a starting slot role and it remains to be seen if they bring back Stefon Diggs to work on the outside. Kirk will be on the late-round wide receiver list in redraft leagues this Summer.
